Let me introduce myself, and the thread that runs through my work.
I am Burak, based in Stockholm, where I work with individuals and leaders who wish to explore a deeper connection to themselves and the world around them. My path has crossed many worlds, from leading teams in the business to holding spaces for self-inquiry and embodied awareness.
What draws me to this work is an interest into what happens when the effort to be different softens and we meet ourselves as we are. Most of what keeps us from feeling life fully is not a lack of sensitivity, but the noise of thoughts guarding us from what is here. When the wish to fix quiets and our defences ease, something deeper begins to emerge, and a quiet intelligence begins to move through the body, revealing the wholeness that was never lost.
This is the ground of my work; a practice of sensing and trusting what becomes visible when we stop interfering. It is not about improving, but about allowing what is already alive to be felt, seen, and welcomed without resistance.
This is an invitation to shift from an unending project of self-improvement to a more direct, embodied engagement with yourself and the unknown. To explore shifting your perspective on the complexity of life; from something to solve or manage, to a potential-filled landscape to navigate with awareness and embodiment.
From that seeing, life starts to organize itself naturally. In that simplicity, what we call healing or change is not something we do, but something that happens on its own.
