Here you will find answers to the frequently asked questions.
If your question is not listed, feel free to reach out, I am happy to explore how this work might meet you where you are.
Each session is an invitation to pause and sense what is present beneath the surface of ordinary thinking. We begin with whatever feels alive for you, whether it is a question, a challenge, or simply the wish to connect, and let the exploration unfold from there. Through reflective dialogue, awareness of the body, and grounded presence, we stay close to direct experience rather than trying to analyse or fix it.
You may notice new insights, emotions, or sensations emerging naturally as we go. Sometimes the session may feel spacious and meditative, at other times it may bring clarity or movement where things once felt stuck. The work meets you where you are and evolves with your process over time.
I offer a space for self-inquiry through presence and embodied awareness. This means we take time to slow down and notice what is happening inside, in your thoughts, emotions, and body.
By doing so, you begin to see yourself more clearly and respond from awareness rather than habit. The focus is not on achieving a specific goal, but on reconnecting you with your own sense of clarity and inner guidance.
This can support you when you feel stuck, disconnected, or in transition, and when you wish to live with more authenticity and ease. Over time, it can help you strengthen self-trust and feel more grounded in your own experience.
This work is for everyone! Because everyone carries the wish to live with more presence, connection, and wholeness. In a world that moves fast and prizes doing, many of us long to slow down and remember what truly matters. Whether you come with a clear question or simply a sense that something in you wants attention, this space is a place to meet that.
These sessions may particularly resonate if you:
– Feel at a crossroads or in a life transition
– Sense something deeper wants to unfold but do not know how to meet it
– Want to lead with more alignment and integrity
– Are tired of forcing change and want to meet life from a deeper place
– Value reflection, embodiment, and personal growth
You do not need to have a defined goal to begin. A quiet curiosity or a felt sense that something is ready to be seen is enough.
People I work with come from many backgrounds — leaders, creatives, seekers, professionals — yet what connects them is curiosity about living with more truth and presence rather than performance.
If you are currently navigating trauma, mental illness, or issues such as addiction or abuse, I recommend working with a licensed therapist. This work can complement therapy, but it is not a replacement for it.
Everywhere that life touches you.
This is not limited to a single theme, it meets whatever feels alive for you in the moment. It can support you in your relationships, work, creativity, leadership, or inner life. Essentially, anything that matters to you and feels ready to be met with more awareness.
The focus is not on fixing or striving, but on deepening connection with yourself so that your choices, actions, and relationships arise from a more grounded and conscious place. Over time, this can bring clarity, ease, and a renewed sense of alignment and wholeness in all areas of life.
While this space can complement therapy or other professional support, it is not a substitute for psychotherapy or medical treatment. If you are dealing with addiction, trauma, mental illness, or situations that require clinical care, it is important to work with a qualified therapist or healthcare provider.
My approach is rooted in Co-Active and body-oriented coaching, meditation, embodiment, and presence-based inquiry, informed by a decade of various somatic and contemplative practice.
You can find a selected list of qualifications and teachers that have shaped this work on the About page, including studies with Godfrey Devereux, Svagito Liebermeister, and the Co-Active Training Institute.
I also bring over 15 years of professional experience in business leadership, design strategy, and human development — experiences that continue to inform how I accompany clients in their inner exploration.
This integrative foundation allows me to meet you with presence and structure while leaving space for intuition, embodiment, and emergence.
I weave together both theoretical study and hands-on experience across embodiment, coaching, psychology, somatic practices, and systemic awareness. Over the past decade, I have engaged in more than a thousand hours of training focused on cultivating presence, relational depth, and self-leadership.
I have completed over 250 hours of certified coach training in different approaches and facilitated more than 150 one-to-one sessions. My foundation is in the Co-Active approach, which views people as naturally creative, resourceful, and whole. This means I do not come with fixed answers or advice. Instead, I meet you with deep presence, active listening, and powerful questions that help you reconnect with your own clarity and direction.
Along the way, I have been learning and practicing through many forms — through the body, through direct experience, and with teachers from different traditions. I have led kirtan, meditation, and yoga sessions, facilitated body-oriented workshops, and continued to deepen my practice through somatic and systemic trainings.
I also bring 15 years of professional experience in business leadership, design strategy, and human development — experience that supports how I accompany clients in their inner exploration.
This work is not only professional for me; it is personal and ongoing, shaped by many years of exploring my own patterns, attachments, and ways of being with compassion and honesty.

Sessions are via video or phone call. If you are based in Stockholm, we can meet in person when available.
I work full-time, so I am available for sessions before or after work, and occasionally on weekends.
Each session lasts about 60 minutes, though different structures and lengths can be arranged with flexibility.
No, this is not therapy. While we often touch on emotions and personal experiences, this space is not intended to treat trauma or diagnose mental health conditions.
I am not a licensed therapist, though I have completed trainings that draw from therapeutic modalities. My approach is trauma-informed, guided by an understanding of how past experiences shape the nervous system and behavior, with an emphasis on safety, curiosity, and choice in every interaction.
What we do here differs from psychotherapy in both focus and method, and it is not a substitute for it. The work does not analyse or fix the past; it supports you in meeting yourself as you are, through awareness, embodiment, and presence.
Healing may sometimes unfold as a natural side effect of slowing down and listening deeply, yet the orientation here is not treatment but self-discovery, clarity, and a more grounded way of being in your life and relationships.
Therapy often looks to the past to heal what has been. Mentoring offers advice based on someone else’s expertise.
This work is different. It is a shared inquiry, a space to slow down, sense, and discover your own truth. Rather than giving answers or solutions, I accompany you as you deepen connection with what is here and what wants to move.
Research in neuroscience supports the effectiveness of presence-based and Co-Active approaches in improving resilience, emotional regulation, and creative thinking.
The Co-Active model, which informs part of my work, is internationally accredited and widely used as a foundation for personal and professional development. You can read more about the scientific research behind this methodology on the Co-Active Training Institute website and in The Science of Transformational Coaching document.
You can begin with a free intro session. This is a 30-minute call where we meet, explore what is alive for you, and see if it feels right to work together. There is no pressure to commit. If it resonates, we discuss your needs and find a rhythm that fits your process.
I use a simple, transparent process for pricing. We begin with a free 30-minute introductory call. If we both feel it is right to continue, we agree on a structure that fits your needs.
Sessions are customized for each client, so fees vary depending on the agreed structure, length and rhythm. I work with clients in Sweden, across Europe, and internationally, and since financial capacity differs between countries, I adjust fees within a sliding-scale range to keep the work accessible.
Once we agree on the structure and fee, payment is made in advance before the first session via bank transfer or credit card.
You will soon be able to schedule a session directly once my booking page is available. Until then, you are warmly welcome to begin with a free introductory call.
You are welcome to start with single sessions to feel into the work. That said, deeper transformation tends to unfold not just in sessions, but in the space between them. A rhythm I recommend is two sessions per month over at least three months. This creates a grounded container for exploration, integration, and transformation to take root.
You do not need to know exactly what you are looking for.
Sometimes it is enough to feel that something wants your attention.
The first session is simply a space to explore that, without commitment or expectation.
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be counted as used.
I will hold all our interactions, phone or written, in confidence. The only exceptions to this may include any expressed intent to harm yourself or others or disclosure of legal activity where my knowledge could make me an accomplice.
